Whether you’re a NASCAR junkie or a company looking to entertain clients, our high-end condo in No Limits, Texas (Ft Worth, TX) is the very best place to be.
Every condo rental, that is booked during a race, will come with, up to 20 wristbands, that allow you and your guests to enter the condo for the events (main races, qualifying, track testing, etc). Occasionally the wristbands will allow access to stadium seating and pit access. Pit access and stadium seating are privileges dictated by NASCAR and Texas Motor Speedway. Additionally, you and your party can access the exclusive Speedway Club at TMS for fine dining and drinks.
Our condo is available year round so even if you’re not looking for the big races, it’s the perfect location to take in a concert at Texas Motor Speedway or to checkout any of the other fun events like fireworks on the 4th of July, Christmas at TMS, car shows, dirt track racing, or Red Bull Air Races! Golfing more your style? Hop across the street and play a round at Champions Circle.
Other amenities available to you at our TMS Race Condo include: swimming in a Texas-shaped, private pool; panoramic viewing of the track in one of 17 custom-upholstered stadium seats along a 30′ ft long * 12′ ft high glass window; 7 home theater style leather recliners; full-size sofa and loveseat; dining room table with 4 chairs; free WiFi; 4k HD televisions with Sonos sound system; full size washer and dryer; Keurig coffee maker; and a well-appointed kitchen.

We attended Fuel Fest and it rained all day. How big is the TMS Condo?
Our condo at Texas Motor Speedway is one of the largest units available, it’s a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo with top-end amenities including Viking appliances and 6 leather recliners.
How many does your TMS Condo sleep?
There are three beds in the condo: one king bed in the master bedroom; one queen bed in the guest room; and a pull-out couch. In bed space, it sleeps 6. We do have two queen size air mattresses with linens that could be used for groups larger than 6. Maximum of ten (10) occupants for overnight stay in the condo.
Is there a minimum night stay?
We require a minimum night stay of three nights at the TMS Race Condo.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Guests are welcome to park in the spacious parking area located in front of the condo building. Garage access is available for ease of unloading your vehicle. Garage parking is not open for guests and towing is enforced. Keep someone with your vehicle while you unload.
Can I get down to the race?
Absolutely! Watching the races from the condo is a world class experience but we know many want to be in the outdoor action. So, open the windows in the wall of glass overlooking the track, or open that balcony door and feel the heat, smell the smells and hear the rumble of the race cars, from the track below. Occasionally, your condo wristband will also come with privileges for you to access some stadium seats or pit area. This is on a race by race case, so inquire if additional tickets will need to be purchased. Also, The Speedway Club has some patio viewing that could be an option.
Are race tickets extra?
It depends. What we can guarantee is access for up to 20 guests, inside the condo on the day of a race event. Occasionally, these wristbands have also come with access to seats inside the stands, but that is at the generosity of Texas Motor Speedway, and we cannot guarantee it. It’s allocated on a race by race basis. So, definitely inquire and if we can extend those privileges, then we absolutely will do that!
Are there any elevators?
Yes, there are two standard elevators and one freight elevators in the building. There are also luggage carts and wagons located near the elevators to help with hauling personal belongings.
Is there any security?
The entire property is private and secure including on-property, security patrol 24-hours per day. Only condo owners and guests can access the elevators via personal pin numbers.
Is there a maid service?
A maid service can be scheduled for an additional fee. Please email us for pricing on the additional amenity.
Can I bring my RV?
You can bring your RV to TMS but parking for it is a separate cost from a reservation to the TMS Race Condo.
Can we bring alcohol?
It’s a condo next to a major race track, we’d be a little concerned if you didn’t!
Is smoking permitted?
The only smoke we like is coming from those race cars on the track. So, no smoking is permitted inside the condo. We ask that you please use the outside balcony or the porch area outside front door.
